Welcome to Salty Creek
What started as an appreciation of dahlias, turned into a small hobby, followed by an obsession and venture into small business! I was blessed to grow up on a hobby farm which consisted of all the fun farm animals! Since then I have continued to breed and raise registered quarter horses and registered murray grey cattle. In September 2022 I married my best friend! Not only did I find love in life but I also found the love of dahlias as I bought my wedding flowers from a local grower. That is the moment that led me to where I am today. Still considered a small grower, I grow between 300-350 dahlias with many different varieties on my farm in Spruce, Michigan.
I love growing and arranging specialty cut bouquets, sharing the love and positivity that flowers inspire! Additionally I have ventured in bouquet making classes, DIY buckets, and tuber sales.
